These terms and conditions apply to all orders and reservations at Aari Thai, both in the restaurant and online. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made by phone, website, or email
  • For reservations, we request a phone number for confirmation
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the reservation will be canceled
  • Special conditions apply for groups of 8 or more people
  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation

3. Orders

  • Online orders are confirmed by email
  • Delivery times are an indication, not a guarantee
  • Minimum order amount for delivery is €40+
  • Delivery costs vary by postal code area
  • Advance payment for online orders

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. For online orders, the prices as stated at the time of ordering apply.

5. Allergens and diets

  • Information about allergens is available upon request
  • Always mention allergies when ordering or making a reservation
  • We cannot guarantee that dishes are 100% allergen-free
  • Vegetarian and vegan options are prepared separately
  • Please discuss specific dietary requirements in advance

6. Quality and complaints

We strive for the highest quality in our dishes and service. We take complaints very seriously and handle them within 48 hours. Please report complaints immediately upon receipt of your order or during your visit.
